The main enemy of drippers is limescale, which can clog the nozzles. We recommend installing a filter at the beginning of the circuit. If your drippers become scaled, soaking them in white vinegar is usually enough to unclog them.
What pressure is required for drip irrigation?
Drip irrigation works at low pressure (generally around 1 to 1.5 bar). If you connect it to a conventional domestic network (often at 3 bar or more), it's essential to use a pressure reducer, often included in our kits, to prevent the fittings from blowing.
