Prosystemaqua - BASIC Controller - PH & EC

Continuous flow pH / EC controller

Allows to have a pH / EC always at the right value.
Indicates the pH / EC values and regulates continuously, for a precise adjustment of the water.

Information about the Basic Control Prosystemaqua :

• Works with multiple systems: Hydroponics, aeroponics. In aquarium or for vertical flow.
• Constant flow rate of the pH controller : 40ml/h
• Constant flow rate of the EC controller : 0,5l
• The controller is held on a methacrylate plate, where the water inlet can be connected, as well as the outlet pipe of the recirculation pump.
• The dirt filter maintains the accuracy of the pH/EC sensors

Operation :

The controller requires setup prior to operation

• pH:
  Enter the desired value in the water container.
  Program the pH mode to "down" or "up".
  Perform calibration.
  
  
• EC:
  Enter the desired EC value in the water container.
  Check the temperature compensation, as well as the time and air alarm.
  Proceed to calibration.
  
  
• Water recirculation:
  The operation of the pump of recirculationthe operation of the pump must be simultaneous with the Ph and Ec Basic control panel and recirculate the water through the collector.
  
  
• PH measurement and conductivity:
  The probe allows detection of the pH and determines the value, and transmits it to the conductivity the probe allows the detection of the pH and determines the value, to be transmitted on the display of each pump.
  
  
• Fertilizer suction and pH regulator:
  The controllers inject the product into the suction filter, and regulate the pH and EC
  
  
• Injection of fertilizers:
  Once the EC and pH values are indicated in the controller, the distribution of fertilizers and pH through the injection valves of the collector, adjusts the values in the water container
