The infusion is very fruity and contains 22% of hemp. You can drink this infusion in hot version during the winter or cold during the beautiful days, to enjoy a moment of relaxation at any time.

You can drink it ideally before going to sleep. It helps your body to relax and helps you to fall asleep serenely. It will please you enormously with its taste of lemon mixed with peach.

Advice

- 2 to 3 g per infusion

- Cold version: brew your herbal tea as usual. Then filter if necessary and let cool with ice cubes.
- Hot version: let infuse about 10 min in 200 ml of water at about 100°C.

- To increase the benefits of the herbal tea you can add a fat such as whole milk.
