Mild steel core with rutile coating (composed of 95% titanium dioxide): Ø 2 mm x 50 + Ø 2.5 mm x 50 + Ø 3.2 mm x 30. L 300 mm
During welding, the core melts with a slight advance in relation to the coating. The rapid solidification of the molten pool makes this electrode an ideal choice. Most versatile and easy to use general purpose electrodes. Their Ø depends on the thickness of the metal parts to be welded, as well as the power of the machine used.
