The 3M™ 4000+ Series Half Mask incorporates a new valve and filter enhancement to reduce exhalation resistance by over 30% (3M laboratory measured results) ensuring you breathe easier without excessive heat build-up.
The mask has been designed for effective and comfortable protection against a wide range of gases, vapors and harmful particles found in many work environments. It provides protection against organic vapors (odor threshold above TWA and boiling temperature above 65°C), up to 10x TWA (Threshold Limit Value) or 5000 ppm, whichever is lower, and 50 x TWA for particulates. It will make your working conditions more comfortable.
3M's Advanced Electret filters are maintenance free and thanks to 25 years of improvements, they exceed CE standards for service life.
