Advice

- 2 to 3 g per infusion

- Cold version: brew your herbal tea as usual. Then filter if necessary and let cool with ice cubes.
- Hot version: let infuse about 10 min in 200 ml of water at about 100°C.

- To increase the benefits of the herbal tea you can add a fat such as whole milk.
