How to grow lemon basil?

Soil maintenance : rich and humid soil. Loosen the soil to a depth of 20 cm before sowing with a humus-rich organic fertilizer.

Exposure : sunny.

Sowing: 0.5 cm deep in pots or in the ground in rows with 20 cm spacing between plants. Too much watering during the emergence causes a melting of seedlings.

Emergence: in 3 to 4 days in soil at 18°C. Requires light and heat to germinate.

Harvesting: pick the leaves as you need them.

Storage: freeze fresh leaves or dry them in bunches upside down and put in jars.
