These cubes grodan of 7,5 cm on a side fit perfectly in a N.F.T system (Ebb and Flow/Hydrostone) or before potting in soil.
Rockwool is very common, especially among horticultural professionals; the majority of tomato crops from the food industry are grown on this substrate.
